* School Year 2021-2022!! We are very excited to begin the new school year! Faculty and staff will start the year on September 1 and 2 with two full-day conference days. The first day for students will be Tuesday, September 7th. I am excited to meet you all and looking forward to having students in the building. Be sure to check out the calendar of activities which you will find on the school website. If you are at a home soccer game please be sure to introduce yourself to me!!
* Return to School Meeting: Thank you to all for taking time out of your schedule to attend last night’s presentation of the “Return to School Plan” and the Continuity of Learning Plan. If you were unable to attend the meeting the documents are available on the school website. Should you have any questions please contact Mrs. Glavin or Mrs. Wenck at the school.
* School Supplies: We are once again pleased to announce that our school is able to provide the necessary school supplies for all students, grades K-12. Supplies will be distributed once students start the school year.
* Backpack Drive: A very special Thank you to all who donated back packs for our students. This was the first year the PTSA ran a backpack Drive. If you are still interested in providing a backpack, just bring a new and/or clean, gently used backpack to the main office. Our goal is to make sure every child has a nice backpack to start the year.
* MEF Golf Tournament: Save the Date!! On Sunday, September 19, 2021, the Milford Educational Foundation will be hosting a Golf Tournament at the Ouleout Golf Course. Golfing starts at 8:00 am. Check out the school newsletter and website for more information.
* PreK and Kindergarten Orientation: Teacher of our PreK and Kindergarten classes will be hosting orientation events this year. The events will be held on Thursday, September 2nd. The teachers have already sent information home to all parents of students enrolled in their classes. If you have not received a letter, please contact the main office.
In addition, the School Based Health Center will be providing information about the program during the orientation. Please be sure to stop by their table and pick up the information to enroll your child(ren). It is a wonder program!
* MEF Community Barbeque: The Annual MCS Community Barbeque has been postponed to the spring. More information will be coming in the future.
