Read across MCS was today! It's a day all about sharing stories, older kids read to younger ones, and the little ones got a chance to read too. It was so fun to see everyone connecting over books. 📕

A huge thank you to Deputy Sheriff Jake Smith from the Otsego County Sheriffs Department for coming to school to speak with our Safety Patrollers about safety related issues. The presentation included a Q&A portion and then the students got a full walkthrough of the patrol car. He asked the students how their jobs on post are similar to his job as a Deputy Sheriff. He also reminded them how it is important to be a positive role model both on and off post. The students had a blast!!

Spectacular! 😸💜

Congrats! 🎊🎈
